Access Drop-in

Immersive Arts aims to break down barriers for artists of all backgrounds to create and engage with immersive technologies, making what can be an exclusive field of practice much more accessible to all.

We are committed to ensuring that all applicants and awardees have equal access to opportunities, regardless of disability or support requirements. We aim to provide comprehensive access support throughout both the application process and the delivery of successful projects, ensuring where possible that barriers to participation are removed.

This Access Drop-In is for anyone who is interested in applying for Immersive Arts funding and wants to know more about how we support artists with access requirements. Whether that’s supporting you in making a great application, creating responsive opportunities for awardees to make the most of the funding and training on offer.

This is a drop in session, so feel free to join for as much or as little time as you like. We’ll begin as a group, with time later for breakout sessions if you’d like to have one-on-one conversations.

Come along to meet Jo Verrent (Director, Unlimited) and Lisa Heledd Jones (Producer, Immersive Arts) and some of the rest of the team, and we’ll answer your access related questions!

Available access for the event

We’ll be reading and describing anything on screen, providing live captions (not AI generated) and ensuring BSL interpretation – just let us know if there is anything else you need via the booking form below. Access requests should be made by Monday 21 July to give us time to respond.
