Help us produce a UK-wide map of immersive production facilities

Do you run a facility or space that supports immersive production? If so, we want to hear from you!

We’re designing a free-to-access resource that will support creatives to find out what is available, raise awareness of facilities for those who are keen to increase their use – and help us all to advocate for the things that are missing.

At Immersive Arts we understand that it can be difficult to know what facilities are out there to support immersive projects with limited resources. We also know that there are gaps in provision, access, and translation between different kinds of creative work.

To help understand these challenges, we’ve received funding from UK’s Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) and UKRI Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) to produce an interactive map of the UK’s immersive production facilities.

We’re asking big and small providers of immersive production facilities in the UK to complete this short form (approx 10 mins long) by Fri 22 May 2026 to help us populate the map: Mapping the UK’s immersive production facilities

There’s no cost to appear on the map and it will be free to access via our website.

We’d be grateful if you could share this callout widely to spread our reach across the immersive sector.

Please note that the inclusion of submissions on the map is at the discretion of our research team.
