In an immersive arts sector that is rapidly growing, with significant infrastructure investment and a predominantly freelance workforce, we sought to map and investigate the value of UK immersive production facilities exploring three key questions: 

• What is known about existing needs and ambitions of those working in the immersive arts and culture sector?
  
• What immersive production facilities currently exist in the UK and what do they provide?
  
• What are the challenges and opportunities in connecting these different parts of the ecosystem, and how can a resilient, inclusive and creatively ambitious sector be developed to support sustainable growth?
