Aims of the Project
The aim of this project is to go from the notebook stage to the prototype stage and spend time exploring and developing the work.
While I don’t expect to have a completed experience to share publicly by the end of this period, I’ll spend the time experimenting with the equipment, finding out what’s possible, what the limitations are and testing out different versions. I’ll make contacts for technical expertise, equipment and space which will help me with this stage and the next: putting together a live experience for people to try.

Geraint Edwards is an interdisciplinary artist working in various media: video, found objects, sculptural installation, painting & web-based art. Much of his work explores the relationship between our physical and virtual worlds and interrogates our experience and behaviour within them, considering themes of space, objectivity, erasure and connection.
He is interested in how our perception is influenced by the layers of tales that we tell about ourselves and each other, and he has recently been looking into ways to present curious, thoughtful or playful moments that altogether form a layer of fictions that sit alongside us: weird little houses for ideas.
