A shifting state of forms
A VR project that explores how costume, movement, sound and live performance can exist within a virtual space.
This project will explore whether VR can create new ways of experiencing dance and costume unique to virtual space, where bodies morph, colours shift, fabric moves, and sound twists around the audience.
It will also test how immersive technologies might transform accessibility and connection in contemporary performance, while retaining the visceral spectacle we expect from live events.

Meet the artists
Ashley Peevor

Ashley is the artistic director and founder of Unseen Between. He has been working as an artist since 2012 and work has been exhibited across the UK, in America, Germany, Portugal and Ireland.
His work has been seen on the Guardian, Timeout, Big Issue, Metro, BBC TV, American breakfast TV among many others.
He is a big advocate for supporting the next generation of artists and creatives into the industry and supports a mentoring programme for early career artists.
